Blumlaut Fursuit Photography - Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Copyright and Licensing

All images produced by me are protected by German copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz). Images taken at events will be released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC-BY-NC-ND). This means that you are allowed to:

Share the image on social media and other platforms
Use the image for non-commercial purposes (e.g., personal blog, website, avatar)
Credit me by including my name (blumlaut) in a clear and visible manner

However, please note that you are not permitted to:

Edit or alter the original image in any way
Sell, license or use the image for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent

If you would like to obtain an exclusive or special license for a specific image, please contact me directly.

2. Commissioning Guidelines and Rules

When commissioning a photoshoot with me, please note the following guidelines and rules:

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
If you fail to arrive on time for the scheduled photoshoot, I reserves the right to charge a late fee of €50.00 per hour.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather conditions), I will make every effort to reschedule the photoshoot at a later date.

3. Subject Responsibilities

As the subject of the photoshoot, you are responsible for:

Arriving on time and being ready for the scheduled start time.
Providing clear communication regarding any changes or cancellations.
Being respectful of my equipment and workspace.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a commissioned photoshoot, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. In case of cancellation or rescheduling, the following fees apply:

More than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: no fee
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: 35% of the total booking fee

Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change, and I reserves the right to modify them at any time.

By commissioning Me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
