By booking or using my services, you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure clarity and fairness for both of us.

 

2. Licensing & Copyright

 

Public Event Photography

 

  • All photos taken at public events are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs (CC BY-NC-ND).
  • This means you can use and share my photos freely, as long as you:
    • Credit me as the photographer ("Photo by blumlaut").
    • Do not use the photos for commercial purposes.
    • Do not edit or modify the photos, cropping is OK for Avatar use.
  • If you need a custom license or a watermark-free version, please contact me via email or Telegram for further discussion.

Private Photoshoots

  • Photoshoots are delivered privately to the subject.
  • The subject receives a full, non-revocable, and non-expiring license to use their photos freely.
  • This license does not extend to third parties unless explicitly agreed upon.

3. Photoshoot Appointments

  • Clients must arrive on time and be fully prepared at the scheduled time.
  • If you need to reschedule, please inform me at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a photoshoot at any time.
  • If I cancel a shoot, a full refund will be issued.
  • If I reschedule a shoot, I will try to offer an alternative date that works for both of us.

5. Photo Editing & Delivery

  • Editing and post-processing take time. Final edited photos will be delivered within 3 months after the shoot.
  • No raw/unprocessed images will be provided.
  • If you require urgent processing, please contact me to discuss expedited editing options (additional fees may apply).

6. Liability & Responsibility

  • I try my best to deliver high-quality photos, but I am not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, venue restrictions, or personal dissatisfaction with the final images.
  • If you have specific requests, please discuss them with me before the shoot.
  • I am not liable for any loss or damage that may occur due to the use of my photographs.
