I’ve been to Essen for the Techno Classica before, back then i ran my new-to-me A6000 with the kit lens, this time it was an A7 II and my brand new Sigma 24-70 f/2.8 zoom lens.
Lots has changed since then, i swapped cameras to a Full Frame A7ii and i’ve entirely dropped the slow kit lenses that came with the body.
As much as my gear improved, i still make silly mistakes and ended up with lots of blurry pics, turns out just because your lens does 24mm does not mean you can use a 1/60th shutter speed handheld when running about and shooting one-handed, still, got a few good ones!
Despite owning a new car, I’m actually really not into modern cars that much, even Techno Classica had way too much modern stuff for my taste, but among the sea of VAG products and slammed Lotus Esprits (yikes!), there were some gems.
